Public green area

An area of about 7,000 square meters is the “green heart” of a new neighborhood built and donated to the municipality of Porto Potenza Picena by the Cimini Group and Grassetti company. The garden features lawn areas for relaxing, an articulated shrub plan with blooms marking the passage of the seasons, and trees to create shaded areas near the seating areas and walking paths. The sinuous lines chosen for the project go along with the layout of the neighborhood buildings that enclose this space like a gem that upgrades it. Usability is made possible by a series of infrastructures and services that invite total livability of the area: iron structures covered with creepers mark paths and rest areas, attractive and safe play equipment ensures the integration of play spaces with the surrounding environment. But it is water that is the main essence of this neighborhood public garden, which indeed creates striking effects of transparency, the fall generates different noises and gives a pleasant coolness effect.
