Terrace-garden The construction of the new offices was the starting point for creating the right setting in front of the large windows and on the 208-sqm roof of the modern structure. One does not have the feeling of being on a terrace but in a real garden with an open view of the hills. The gaze, guided by majestic camphoras and the lawn, slowly glides from the dining area, to the living room to the spa area with a whirlpool tub, shower and solarium. A dense array of evergreen shrubs provides privacy, inside small shrubs and herbaceous plants with well-distributed blooms and scents. A terrace-garden in perfect Mediterranean style designed by diagonal lines that create movement and push the eye to new points of view and interest. A paved area, used as a parking lot, now provides the right setting for the living quarters and offices that open here with large windows. Citrus, Chorisia speciosa and Brachychiton planted alongside the elegant Queen Palm and the existing specimen of Phoenix canariensis, imprint and amplify the exotic character of the garden. |
